POLL CREATION

ALL POLLS MUST BE CREATED NO LATER THAN 11:59p PDT, June 11, 2006

Overview

Your team's proposal poll must be created no later than 11:59pm PDT, June 11, 2006. Polls, once started, cannot be modified for the duration of the voting period (6/11 - 6/30) Your poll must end no later than 11:59pm PDT, June 30, 2006.

To Create Your Poll

  • Click on the Collaborative Funding Project Group poll tab
  • Select "Custom Poll" and complete the following steps as described below

Step 1 of 4

prompt setting
Title name of your team's proposal
Description paste the entire contents of your proposal template in the Description box
Number of choices 2

Step 2 of 4

Choice 1 Fund this proposal
Choice 2 Do not fund this proposal
Must select at least 1 (default setting)
Must select no more than 1 (default setting)

Step 3 of 4

Duration 20 days
Who can vote? Anyone
Who can see final results Anyone
Who can see results before the poll closes? No one (default setting)
Vote required to see results before poll closes? Yes (default setting)
Can voters revise their votes prior to poll closing? Yes
Is voting anonymous? Semi-Anonymous
Minimum Feedback score required to vote 0 (default setting)
Cost to voter each time a vote is cast 1 (default setting)

Step 4 of 4

Review your information and don't forget to click the Start Poll! button.

Polls close 11:59p PDT June 30, 2006

All polls that have not ended by 11:59p, 6/30/06, will be terminated and the results as of termination will be taken as final.
