What is the popular page?
The popular page helps show what content on omidyar.net your fellow community members find valuable, whether it's by giving the content points, adding it to their watch lists or simply reading the page it's on.
Here's what you'll find on the three tabs in the popular section.
"highest rated"
What content has received the most feedback points from omidyar.net members? The page under the highest rated tab shows you the 50 items on omidyar.net that have received the most positive feedback points with the qualification that these points have come from at least five different omidyar.net members.
Within a single group, the highest rated tab displays the items that have received the most feedback points without any restriction as to how many people have given those points.
"most watched"
Always wondered what other members are keeping an eye on? This is the list for you. The most watched tab displays the 50 items members have most often added to their omidyar.net watch list.
"most widely read"
Of all the discussion items and personal news items active in the last 3 days, this page shows you the 50 items read by the largest number of omidyar.net members.
Where is the "popular" page?
Near the top of each page, underneath the omidyar.net logo there is a list of tabs with green borders (above the green bar). "Popular" is the right-most of these tabs.
