Instead of rules, why not examples?

This space is an invitation to help celebrate two things:

1. people who have discovered within themselves the power to make good things happen, and are looking for ways to cultivate the "better world scout" within; and,
2. people we recognize as scout role models and who serve as good examples of what's possible and how it's done.

It's also an invitation to collaborate on creating some tools to help us engage more effectively as better world scouts ourselves.

I welcome you to join me as I put myself through this tongue-in-cheek "extreme makeover" for better world scouts in training, and invite you to do the same, as we discover what it takes to plug in and amplify what's working in the world.

If we gather enough new knowledge mcnuggets in this little toolkit of our's, it might make an interesting omidyar.net workshop for both new people as they arrive, and for those of us who've been around but are just beginning to understand what scouting is, and how it's a great way to make even more good things happen.
