The list below is ranked by feedback score. As many users may know top activity displays what comments any of the 50 top ranked recipients have made recently -- and this is what I pay attention to. I do not give away much feedback to personal profiles -- I see it mainly as a method for focusing my attention. I only regret 1 case of giving away negative feedback, and that has to do with a situation in which I felt the recipient of my negative feedback had referred to me as dishonest. I was very upset about that, and the accusation was never retracted. The other two recipients of negative feedback I would call "spammers" (I tried to get a clear answer from them [about what they were trying to "make happen"], but to no avail).
