Welcome to the Small Pond Group!

This page was created by some o-net users because some of us relative newcomers to o-net felt that o-net was too vast and difficult to navigate in the beginning. It is very easy to get lost in the hard-to-find spaces of o-net. It might be nice for a place for people to try out their voices in a place where other people know to go and listen.

EVERYONE, no matter how new to o-net is welcome to post ANYWHERE on o-net, not just in the Small Pond group. Go ahead! Look around! It's big! It's awesome! There are good things everywhere!

EVERYONE, no matter how LONG they've been at o-net is welcome to and encouraged to join, post and participate in the Small Pond Group. However, we ask that you follow the following ettiquite guidelines for the discussions posted to this group:

1. You can ask for help but not for money
2. Be generous in giving +1 positive feedback points to comments

3. Even if you don't like a post strongly enough to give positive feedback (or don't have the points to spend yet), try to leave a comment and keep the conversation going if no one else has if it's a good conversation

4. Give "personal" feedback points only to folks who have fewer feedback points than you do.

The purpose of this space is to chat and support other people who are posting. only. When you are done getting what you need here,go forth into the big o-net pond. But when you are ready to go to the big spaces of o-net, try to turn around and continue to listen to the other new folks as you venture forth. Happy journeys!
