well, i am a 53yo woman. i am bipolar, i get a little wound up sometimes. i paint with oils, i guess i am basicly an artist all the way around, i want to make pleasing everything around me, home, garden, life in general. life is an art, art is life. i live in a tiny village in the foothills of north carolina. i love all things antique. i try to cherish the history and dignity of the village here. our town council has succeeded in retaining individual 'city' status so that we cant be annexed into the large city nearby. i would like to buy the only log house left here in town to restore as both my studio and an arts/crafts gallery featuring our historic crafts as well as hanging local artworks. that, and existance is my only focus right now. i am divorced, on very limited income(alimony), and i could use some encouragement on how to actuate my dream. restoration work is well known in my family, and protecting our pioneer heritage is of utmost importance. i reckon thats about it...i have a website, dounoharm.com which features my artwork, and has some advertising to help defray web expenses. shut your eyes and jump right in!
