Thanks for the encouragement, everyone. Cynthia, the commission part does scare me, though I think that's a good thing. (100% commission would scare me to death, but I'm not quite going there yet.) As far as the social enterprise sparkle goes (no one says it so beautifully as Anne Marie), that's one of the reasons that I took the job. There's a connection to one of the most important social issues -- housing. I am very interested to see where my passion, ethics and creativity take me.

John you're right to point out the HUD factor. The complexities of HUD regulations are in fact the reason the company has been so successful. Pretty much no one understands it, which is why the training and consulting is necessary. Government bureaucracy and gobbledygook works toward my favor for once.
