I have to second Debbie's comment. The best feedback I can give at the moment is that I have read it a couple of times, I like the idea, and I have logged the idea in my mind but there is just too much going on for me to think of anything more helpful.
I hope you find a group who will benefit from the idea, that will be the best publicity.
