By day, I am an Arts Administrator at a private college in Vermont, working with the guest artists on our Performing Arts Series.

Day and night, I am the wife of Jim Carroll (likely seen in the "who's online" box to the left), the mother to our two-year old son, a musician, and a blogger.

I am continually inspired by people coming together across many miles, disciplines, cultures, faiths and beliefs through the arts. I have a particular interest in seeing the visa and taxation process improve for international artists visiting the United States, and eliminating that obstacle to global dialogue.
