• Interest = Improving the:
  • Business Community: Employee contribution to the business and the Executive Team's responsibility to the employees, customers, vendors and share holders. Why? To often, when I go into the 'supermarkets' of the world, the service and some products are substandard. Many of the younger employees do not seem to have an understanding of what is expected of them.
  • Education Community: Quality of Education with a focus on the required participation by all students to achieve to their highest ability. Why? Do School Success Formulas usually focus on educators, funding, testing, etc.? My interest focuses on the students, their learning styles, and their participation during their educational journey. Why? Because I want every one of them to reach the highest level of their abilities.
