I am a graduate of the Institute of Professional Studies, (IPS) Legon Ghana, and I achieved a specialisation in accounting. Before that, I studied at Ghana Secondary School, Tamale in the Northern region form 1979-1981 for my sixth form education. I also did five years of secondary education at Wenchi Methodist School in the Brong Ahafo region, from 1974-1979.
After graduation in 1986, I worked for the Presbyterian Church of Ghana in two of its Health delivery Institutions. First with the Rural Health Programme form 1987 to 1992, in Dormaa Ahenkro. Later, I was transferred to Agogo Hospital where I served until August 1994, when I left for Switzerland. I worked as an accountant in both places.
In Switzerland, I have worked at Handicap’s Peoples Home, UNICEF, BNS Group AG, Biel (Technical Support) and Revistag Treuhand (an accounting firm) in Ipsach near Biel as a client Accountant. I am currently working for the City of Biel at the Tax Administration Department.
Before I graduated as an accountant I worked as primary school teacher at Nsenia in the Dormaa District of Ghana.
I have no direct sporting experience, but as result of my interest in sport and my organisational skills, I am able to support those who participate in sports to develop their opportunities and have fun.
