Proposal Description:

This proposal describes a tool to enhance the possibility of funding opportunities that are identified by network members as deserving special support and attention. This tool uses the developing features of o.net – the points system, drop cash campaigns, member support – as a guide for philanthropists and investors to the opportunities most valued by the o.net community.
