About
I live in the Washington, DC-area & currently work as a freelance writer. For ten years, I was an energy reporter/editor (mainly nukes) for McGraw-Hill; we covered domestic & foreign energy & arms. I volunteer with a few organizations, including AIUSA. Now that things are winding down on Omidyar, it's past time to cease hiding the fact that I have been known to write & publish poetry. Currently, also at work on two projects: 1) children's book; 2) WWII Resistance memoir (on behalf of a great-grandfather).
