Hello everyone!
Big thanks to Dr. D. Diane Tai for inviting me to the Omidyar.net Community and big thanks to Pierre and Pam Omidyar for creating this incredible community! The intention of this membership is to contribute to the success of the Appreciation Project at Omidyar co-facilitated by Dr. Diane Tai and Dr. Elizabeth Garcia-Gray and others in the leadership team and more recently, Talk About Hugs.
The expansion of the Appreciation Project and Talk About Hugs will feed the creation of a physical intentional community for living for and of people who appreciate each other and whatever brings people awake and alive to themselves and other beings as a way of life. It is a well-being community that supports at least a few extra-sensitive young ones looking for a more gentle and sensitive context to deepen their already heightened sensitivity. If you feel you have something you would like to offer this project, please feel free to get connected.
About the negative point. Have never found joy in negative points, but once in a moment of anguish, it seemed to happen all by itself. :-) It was immediately returned when inner balance resumed though apparantly it stays on the record from this perspective as an often irritating though highly prized reminder of the value of equanimity in all things. ---sigh---
Looking forward to getting to know you all!

(The previous omidyar.net name was Barbara Horst. So harsh! Never have been at peace with the birth name or derivitive thereof, so "meadowlea" has gradually been allowed to take over the territory. Hope not to have confused you too much. Thank you for your patience during the name change.)
