I am a social worker in San Diego. I have a specialty in working with refugees. I provide counseling and I write evaluations and provide testimony for asylum hearings. It's gotten harder since 9/11. Please take a look at the group "We are Americans" and the discussion "The Value of Immigrant Stories."
Aside from that, I work primarily with teenagers and their families, with young married couples, and with folks who were abused/neglected as children.
I also work on myself.
