There is something ultra delicious about a "hehehehe" followed by a phase of withholding.

(I think that said more about me than I wanted it to :)

:) Hi Gayle! that's funny!

I've been meaning to really add to this, but havn't had time yet

originally it's a copy of one Ted's posts, and will likely have a simalar view, I've gotten pretty frustrated here, feeling that I have more interest in the success of ONet than the management here does!

Yep Brad..... I've kept up with the reading and I sort of got that last bit!

Looking forward to reading about the "epiphany" and what comes of it - just don't be silent.

You feel very strongly and have managed to remain respectful, constructive and present. (yeah OK, you've had moments where that halo has slipped and almost choked you but nothing that can't be chalked up to chronic frustration ..... and we all know what that feels like!!)

Take your time ....... but make the time!

cheers,

Gayle :)

You Must give something to recieve!

(simply providing web space is not enough, there is tons of free web space out there)

what is ONet giving?

for those of you who are familiar with me, I have always supported Pierre and Pam for their generous gifts for the world

as well as thier right to have and control what they have earned

I am not asking for them to give handouts

I am asking for the management (of this forum) who have been given the opportunity to do something of great value for the world, to do it

fixed typo

Brad,

just to explain:

the reason why I didn't give this discussion feedback (after all) is primarily that it's located in your "personal news" (and I am more interested in collaborative development).

So if you want me to "invest", just start over...

:) I know Norbert, I just made the thread as a reminder to myself to actually take the time to document my concerns here,

I just havn't yet had the time to concentrate on this, when I do get something written of value I'll place it in a collaborative enviornment,

It's such a waste of energy and valuble resources here that get burried in the tombs of the onet chat maze!

I have given up here, yet I don't want to fully leave until I have had the time to have my say,

ONet was once offered as a place for an Open Space Community

ONet mamagement has done well to keep it open and allow anyone to post as they wish, I applaud that, how-ever

providing space with zero navigational support is useless as a resource for anyone to use at a later date, it's like going into the stacks of the Libray of Congress, removing the card indexes and erasing the titles, and telling the researcher that 'all the info is there, go find it!'

--- removed sloppy quote that was taken out of context

what I don't get, is why does ONet need someone in charge?

why can't the members decide in a collaborative effort how Onet should be structured?

It really is true, two heads are better than one!

10,000 heads could really do something!!!
