Andre Carothers is executive director of the Rockwood Leadership Program, a national training and networking non-profit that designs and delivers intensive workshops in the high-level skills associated with building strong organizations and effective partnerships for social change.

Rockwood has trained more than 1,500 senior leaders working on the full range of advocacy issues, including grassroots organizing, environmental and public health, human rights, and economic justice.

We are interested in building the movement, 21st-century style, by bringing the best practices in leadership development, drawn from the private sector and other sources, and combining them with 1st-rate online and in-person networking technologies and practices. Fun work!
