I am a consultant specializing in improving individual and organizational performance. After 20 years in business, with 10 years consulting internationally to Fortune 500 companies in a variety of industries, most recently, for a big 4 consulting firm, I felt there had to be a more humane, creative and inspiring way to create change and transformation in business and elsewhere. I have been on a journey studying a variety of ideas, philosophies, methodologies and tools to foster strength-based forward movement, effectiveness, collaboration, leadership at all levels, positive communication, and innovation. Two of the philosophies that inform my work are Appreciative Inquiry and Nonviolent Communication. I have a passion for facilitating dialogues and conversations that build collaborative relationships in the workplace and that leverages the collective intelligence that exists both inside and outside an organization.
